Putting the pieces together to succeed in 2023
The potential for innovation in the energy efficiency, renewable energy, and hurricane, fire, and sea level mitigation industries depends on accessibility and affordabilty in the marketplace. Manufacturers, contractors, and consumers have to balance performance with affordability. Celadon Solutions assists businesses and property owners in accessing financing, optimizing tax incentives, and utilizing private capital and/or government programs to secure cost-effective solutions for protecting themselves against an ever more challenging environment.
Rising costs and interest rates, supply chain disruptions, workforce and staffing concerns, and the politicization of the sustainability industry has limited the implementation of sustainable practices and infrastructure upgrades. Through our network of business professionals, govenment officials, and industry and community organizations, Celadon Solutions has the resources needed to address the challenges in the marketplace.
Good intentions and new ideas only go so far, and real world solutions are based on results. Whether you are a non-profit competing for government funding or a business selling goods or services, return on investment is critical for success. Celadon Solutions works with our clients to determine the benchmarks and develop a plan to meet those goals.

Paradise News Team- "PACE financing for the Peninsula Inn renovations were facilitated by Amy Elliott of the Ygrene Energy Fund. Ygrene (Energy spelled backwards) is a nationwide company offering project financing based on the equity in homes and business structures, currently in Florida, California and Missouri for: energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, wind protection.... 'It was always understood that work was needed, and Commercial PACE [was] an ideal financing method for that type of work.'
PACE investments are secured by the equity in homes or businesses, and are repaid over a long period of time at affordable interest rates with payments payable through real estate taxing authorities. The funding for the payments typically comes from savings on utility bills and reduced insurance premiums, due to the improvements. (The Historical Peninsula Inn, 2018. Paradise News.)"
As a community leader, preservationist, and certified small business owner, Amy Elliott has spent decades working to protect our natural resources while growing state and local economies, funding over $15 million in commercial and residential projects.
A native New Yorker, as well as a former Virginia and current Florida "Come Here", Amy enjoys spending time with family including her 3 children, traveling, watching sports (Up the Reds!) and spending too much time watching HGTV.
